Hiya!

I’m a 40-year-old grad student in clinical mental health, proud parent to a 19-year-old son, cat lover, plant enthusiast, and yoga/hiking fan. Pansexual and full of love for life, I balance my joys with occasional struggles with depression—proof that growth is a beautiful, messy journey!

My Story

I’ve been divorced twice, which might sound like the plot of a rom-com gone wrong, but hey, at least I’ve got some good stories (and better self-awareness) to show for it!

I’m a true introvert with a wonderfully small circle of friends who know I’ll never answer a call but will always show up with snacks when it matters. My love for learning keeps me moving forward, whether it’s diving into mental health research, finding the perfect spot for my ever-growing plant collection, or decoding why cats suddenly sprint at 3 a.m.

Life is messy, funny, and sometimes a bit overwhelming—like the time I tried a new yoga pose and ended up in what I now refer to as 'The Pretzel of Regret.' But through all the twists, turns, and laughable moments, I keep growing on deep breath and cat cuddle at a time.
